Installed it is exactly what I expected (congrats, 1 star) and very economically priced (here’s your second one). Remote is easy to figure out (my 4 & 6 yrs did it on their own) and should you lose the remote, the wall switch still turns it on & off - big plus (that deserves a star). After that, I really can’t recommend this. I bought along with this, a similarly priced and wired airplane light for the other child - so I think it’s fair to say like products and have a side by side frame of reference. For starters - this light does NOT use a traditional mounting system to the electric box that a standard light fixture uses (not an electrician, but I’ve replaced 6-7 light fixtures before). You have to drill holes in your ceiling. I love my kid and will suck up the patch job when he outgrows dinosaurs (airplane light used a traditional mounting system). Next, the wires are not traditional US colorings (white, black, green). They come blue & red and un-labeled. Even less helpful, the instructions just said to connect the live (red/blue) wires and the neutral (white/black wires). Awesome. I took a guess, maybe it doesn’t actually matter, it’s working. The other one at least labeled the wires with L and N. So best of luck. It’s sufficient. I hope my house doesn’t burn down. But at least my kid gets to enjoy his Dino light. Lastly, the white panel that covers it all is a pain to put on and I’m pretty sure I will have to destroy it to remove it, so don’t expect a second life out of this light once you remove it from your ceiling.

We are having our electrician hang it this weekend. But taking it out of box it is so unique. We love it.

Finally got the light after waiting months and was shocked to see it had maybe 24ga wire not thick enough to handle a standard household current. Installed as instructed, as soon as I put power to it, popped in spectacular fashion and began smoking. I don’t feel safe installing this in my child’s room it will go out with the trash asap

The media could not be loaded. The light is smaller than I expected but never less very beautiful! 🤩 The lightbulbs that came with it are so bright and bold. I had my electrical install this in less than 10-15 minutes.
