I had one of these steamers and it stopped working. But the company sent me a new one and it works great. Thank you for the great customer service. It’s simple. Easy to use. Reliable. And it heats up the water super fast which I love.

The media could not be loaded. The steam unit was easy to put together. I was very excited to start using it; however, after plugging it in the unit didn't work. When you push the on button, it still signals that you need to add water even though the water is filled all the way up. The LCD timer didn't come on nor did the steam start. It was defective.

Use this steamer for my hair care . It’s pretty decent , I just hate how it automatically turns off when it’s half way filled instead of using all the water

Wonderful product, had this for years now , no issues at all, I used it a billion times ,very soothing ! People make bad reviews for competition, in my opinion! Love this product!!!!!!!!!!very reliable !!!!!!

Broke in less than 6 months. Water leaks everywhere, steam comes out the sides and back but barely where it should be. Cup is completely broke and coil is peeling.

Not worth it at all. Didn’t work consistently and quit working completely before a year rolled around. Customer service when trying to resolve the issue was also awful. Unresponsive the majority of the time, and quite rude when trying to ask questions to see if there is a way to fix it rather than having to find a more complicated solution. Not helpful at all, and not worth the money.
