Can I use this product on 12 volt supply?

I did test mine with a 12v power supply before installing to make sure everything worked. So i would say yes it should work just fine

How many cameras does this come with? Can I install it inside the car as a baby monitor?

You cannot monitor both cameras at the same time (no split screens). But you can switch between them using the remote or the switch button on the monitor.
