Where do you scan the code?

The QR code can be found on the insert card included inside your package and on the bottom of each cannon. If you are having difficulties scanning the QR code or do not want to open the box just yet, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via text or email both of which are printed on your box of cannons 😊 Our Customer Service Team is always ready to assist you!

is the powder cannon ok for inside or does it stain carpet, fabric or furniture?

The powder cannons are ok to be used indoors. It will not stain carpets. :) Just wipe it off with a mop and vacuum

I’m planning to Mail this to family to announce virtually, does that box have the gender included?

The packaging and the cannons themselves are very discreet. This was done on purpose to keep the element of surprise and ensure you have the best gender reveal ever :) The family you will send the cannons to will never know the gender (or the color) of the cannons, unless they choose to scan the QR code on the insert card included which reveals the secret color identifier.

Can you take these on a plane with you? not sure if the cabin pressure will mess it

Since these cannons use air compressed mechanism, we would advise to consult this concern directly with the airline you'll be flying with.
