It is very rare to know that we can not assimilate or utilize rocks and metals (elemental minerals) found in regular salt or most of the bottles of minerals that you find for supplementation because only plant's roots have the ability to pull these from the soil and make them into the edible plant form of minerals found in herbs, vegetables, and fruits. Making it one of the reasons I avoid packaged or processed food and drink distilled water only for years. Yes the other type of regular salt leads to cardiovascular problems, but only because of those rocks and metals cutting your arteries up when traveling through your body which is another rare known piece of knowledge. This particular Himalayan Salt works MUCH BETTER in my Halo Salt Chamber than the Company's own salt!!!! My Client's noses are running in seconds, not minutes. It's aggressive and worth every cent. It's also ground smaller so the chamber doesn't have to work as hard. Instead of being clear from my allergies for 2 weeks, my personal results last 3.5 weeks now. So I take 1 teaspoon of this and 1 pint of purified water. Along with my normal asthma treatments. It help to loosen mucus in my lungs. Happy with this product in addition to the other 2 amazon products. Please note My lung doctor knows I do this and I still do my treatment from my lung doctor.. This is in addition to that. I simply cant go to the beach in the winter as it is too cold to do. But salt water air at the beach has always helped me breath better.
