Can the output be regulated? Anyone use these for fetish play?

There is zero regulation to the output of this prod. It's got two settings, on and off, and when it's switched to the on position you pull the trigger to activate it. I haven't used it on another person and I don't plan on doing so. As I stated in my review of this product, it holds a bit more of a punch than the one it replaced. I guess maybe, if you could somehow know it had a low battery I would say I wouldn't be bothered being gotten with the thing. Even that I don't know yet though because I have yet to have to charge it more than first time.

Can you buy a replacement charger for this product?

Oh of course. Maybe not be from the same manufacturer but it would be very easy to find an appropriate charger that matched the voltage and amperages.
