Bought these cute stilts for 9 yr old granddaughter and she loves them. Took her a few tries to get it, but now she walks everywhere. Quality material. Adjustable to many heights. She does need help doing the adjustments, a little difficult. Whenever she has them out, a group of people gather around to try them out. Lots of fun!

I love these and so does my daughter who has some fine motor and gross motor weaknesses. It took her many, many tries before she could make a step on these, but once she did she has really enjoyed them inside and outside the house. She likes the attention she gets from people who see her on them. She doesn't excel at very much because she gets frustrated if she doesn't have immediate success. I don't know why she kept trying with these when she gives up so easily on other things like swimming, soccer, archery, and karate. My husband and I have also been able to use them, too. He is 5'10" and 180 lbs and I am 5'5" and 150 lbs. We have pretty much mastered the lowest setting and are ready to raise them to the next notch for an increased challenge. Well worth the price. I see no drawbacks at all in quality, durability or ease of use. I would highly recommend these to a friend.

Kids love these very sturdy easy to put together

Excellent product. My teens (5 ft 2" to 5 ft 7") all enjoyed the stilts, adjustable feature is key. Assembles quickly and easily. It may take a few tries to balance but within a day, they all got it. Fun gift for kids who have everything!

This was a great gift idea

When looking for a gift for 10 year old grandson, this was perfect find. He was using the stilts as soon as daddy could assemble. It was great for his coordination and balance. No technology involved and he played for hours. His friends couldn't wait for their turn. The stilts are very well made with solid materials. Pleased that as his skills change the stilts can grow with him. This was the BIG hit gift for him this Christmas.

Best birthday gift for my 10 yr old daughter. Of course, a month away from her birthday, I asked her what she would like and I get the shoulder shrug "I don't know". I quickly do a google search (gift ideas for 10yr girl) and I get the typical barbie doll, braided bracelets, nail spa kit, etc.. Want I wanted was something that would keep her outdoors and is durable for a 10 yr old and her friends. The Walkaroo is made of tubular steel but is no overly heavy. A few of the adults had a try with it and it holds up really well. The spring loaded clips for adjusting the height are a bit hard to push in, but that is to be expected. Wouldn't want the button to pop back in while walking on these things. I was concerned that this would be too big for her (she's only about 4' tall) but she took to it like a fish to water. After 30 minutes she had it on the highest setting. I noticed there is an extreme version (Red) which gets you 5 inches higher than these. After a few weeks, I may have to consider a second set. Definitely a great gift for your little boy or girl.

When I was a child, my grandfather gave us grand-kids some traditional wooden stilts, that we used to race around the yard on. I loved those stilts and was hoping to find something similar that I could share with my older nieces and nephews. While I miss the nostalgia of the wooden stilts, they weren't adjustable, and after a lot of wear and tear, we got the occasional splinter. These, on the other hand, are completely adjustable and even designed to be somewhat ergonomic. I thought walking on stilts would be like remembering how to ride a bike, but it took me a few tries to get the hang of it again :) My only complaints are that it is a little tricky trying to adjust everything to just the right size for each person. Also, even when everything is tightened down, I find the legs still seem to clink a bit. Other than that, though, what a great find! They are so much fun!
