looks silly but it's better than breathing in gnat swarms. LOL

It works but you need to wear something with a high neck otherwise it's exposed to biting. I'm not a large person and I struggled to keep it securely around the neck area. My husband who is average adult male had about 1/3 of his neck exposed.

They look crazy and make you look like a square lego head but if you have a swarm of mosquitos in your face and not one is biting you, who cares! Love these! I just bought two more for backup. They fit well over a hat and cinch around your neck. You will need to wear a buff or scarf or some other type of protective wear to cover you chest area but for your face this hat is the best.

I bought the "deluxe" one because I liked the idea of the included "hat" so I didn't have to carry one, and thought I might even be able to wear it while sleeping so as to avoid using a whole mosquito net over my hammock.Alas, it is far too short. My head is not particularly big, I don't have a long neck, I'm not even a tall person (5' 4") and this only comes halfway down my neck, rendering it useless. I'm not going to wear turtlenecks with it (it will be hot where we're going) and fiddle with them or tighten the mesh to my throat which would be uncomfortable in the extreme, plus leave my neck and chest uncovered. I sent it back and ordered the "even naturals" with 4.8 stars as a replacement. Costs a bit more but being bug free is priceless in the heat of the moment.

The net is interfering to see the out side thru the net due to it is too dark and the length is somewhat short.the insect is still biting the neck area. Also shipping price is too high compare to the net price.

I used this mosquito head net whenever I pulled the weeds in my backyard. This item really works and very satisfied with this purchase.

This thing keeps all the bugs out of my face while I'm mowing my huge lawn by hand. The only thing I wish it had is something to keep the drawstring closed. Also, it slides around on my head a bit, but that's not a huge problem. Whatever you do, don't wipe your sweat away through the net, because you'll be looking through a glob of sweat until it dries!

I bought this as I am a beekeeper- it definitely did its job, and kept the sneaky buggers out of my hair.Definitely would buy again
