I always buy heat patch when my down days are near. I have tried and tested these many times so now I understand how to use them properly. I always use them when my body is not sweating. So, the best time is when my I am sitting in my office, I just go the washroom, quickly apply it and come back. At home, I comfortably lie down on the couch and apply this heat patch. It does not move and gives good relief also. During periods I did some light exercises and used heat patch at that time also but the best way is to avoid it during exercise or yoga because there is sweat so not a very good idea.

This product is worth the money and it really relieve period cramps. Before this i was unable to sleep due to pain but after using it, it has helped me a lot and specially cramp relief and insomnia. If there is a chance to seek relief from these pain then take it cause regular use of pain killers medicine in periods is not good from my experience because once when i didn't take after 3 month use i hurt like hell and made me appear really sick. So, its better to use external method for normal cramps.

These pain require a bit of heat. This is no more than mild warm temperature which is not effective at all.

As the article says heat patch, I ordered it after seeing reels on instagram Not very useful as it does not provide even minimal heat just keeps the area warm

I have a very bad stomach ache during periods, I have tried this patch and yes it worked upto 70%, to be honest the pain doesn't completely goes but who is suffering from 100% of pain can bear 20-30% I hope. I prefer not to paste the patch directly on to skin, instead paste to the pant or cloth exactly opposite to the paining area. The patch slowly heats up after 15 to 20 mins and stays up to 8hrs.
