The Vitavit Premium® Pressure Cooker has a multifunctional valve with 4 settings for precise adjustment, from Gentle Cooking to Express Cooking and even a "No-pressure steam" setting. The Vitaquick® Pressure Cooker has no adjustable valve but still allows to control the pressure by monitoring the large and easy to read pressure indicator which has two cooking settings, one for delicate food and one for denser foods.
