Not impressed
I just don't get this game. I've read and re-read the directions and they don't make sense. Do not like this game at all.

Okay, but not amazing
The artwork is lovely and engaging on this game, and it was fairly easy to explain to my students. For any that were too young to understand, we simply made it an activity of "create a pretty bird."Cons are that the cards are a bit flimsy. When young kids try to jam the cards in the holders, sometimes the card buckles and creates a wrinkle. Since I work in a school, I was able to get them laminated, which has helped, but not completely fixed the problem.Decent game, but not amazing.

Beware of flimsy feathers!
This game is beautifully presented and has a lovely design. The birds are well made and easy to hold. The colors and artistry are lovely.I purchased this for my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter. We found the directions to be a bit confusing as to how to keep feathers or return them to the nest. Further, I was greatly disappointed that the feathers were made of paper slightly thicker than normal paper stock, and very much flimsier than a deck of cards. Even though she was gentle, the feathers bent too easily and each feather bent when she tried to insert them into the bird holder. After our first few minutes of play we had several bent feathers. Definitely not made for a 3 year old.We put the game away until she will be old enough to insert the feathers by herself and without bending. Sad.
