I don’t realize how much they help prevent leg cramps until I don’t take them for a few days! The minerals help me in this respect and I just wanted to pass that along for whomever else may be Interested in trying them. They work for me!

Worked up to taking 6 per day as was recommened. Funniest thing. I am now taking half of my "prescription" thyroid medication. Wonder if taking the Adrenal and the Thyroid supplement could possibly be helping???

Good but having a hard time getting over the smell of it.

I was super excited to take these, and started working my way up to 6. On the night I went from taking 3 to 4, I had a severe allergic reaction. I’m assuming it was from the bee pollen? Super bummed that I can’t take them!
