I first was given this in the hospital a few months ago after surgery when I became constipated because of anesthesia and the strong pain drugs following my leg amputation. I was so happy that it worked without the cramping that the senna based laxatives seem to do to me. When I moved to a rehab facility it was used when the need arose and worked that day or overnight. I keep this on hand here at home.

Does what it is suppose to do

Let me explain why I'm getting this from Amazon and not Kroger's: Kroger's never has the peppermint flavor. They have the ultra-sweet cherry flavor but not peppermint. So, I stopped even looking for this product at Kroger's. I'm actually doing this with a few different hard to find items that I'm used to buying from Kroger's. Now that Kroger's has a lot of small items in a separate section inside the store - where you have to do a separate transaction to purchase, I'm pretty much done with it. I can plan ahead for things like Milk of Magnesia, Bars of Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc. Amazon makes it easier to get exactly what you want.

I love getting this size and the mint is my favorite! I have this on my subscription services with Amazon!
