Tape King Double Sided Carpet Tape White, Indoor/Outdoor Rug Binding Adhesive

This tape works great. I used it on wool runner/wood floor, persian/carpet, persian/wood floor and wool/carpet. It holds brilliantly and can be repositioned. It is easiest to use cross-ways on runners at 2 ft intervals. One roll did 4-5 runners. To use: I found it best to put runner in position. Roll up one side and affix tape and peel off backing as you roll it back again. Then roll up the other side and repeat. It is much easier than trying to turn the whole rug over in one go and put it in place. I used goo-off on my scissors to remove the glue afterwards.

Does not keep carpet corner down!

This stuff definitely does the job; my rug hasn't budged since I taped it down with this. The only thing I wish they had done was include a few tips for applying it, like leaving the paper covering on one side of the tape until you get the other side stuck down, so it doesn't get all stuck to itself in a big tangle. I wasted quite a lot of it before I figured that out.

The tape is fine, and holds the carpet down as expected. I found it difficult to open the package - even with scissors. Also, the side of roll was pretty sticky. This is an issue because if you put the roll of tape on carpet the fuzz sticks to the side of the roll.The biggest negative is the 5 (and counting) post sale emails from the Avaeo requesting product feedback. One or 2 follow up emails is fine, but this level of outreach is crazy especially for a $13 purchase.

Not sure where these positive reviews are coming from. I simply wanted to tape my 4x6 rug down to the 4x6 felt rug pad. Couldn't even get it to stick to the rug pad. Finally got it down and placed the rug on top....the edges peel right off the pad like there's no tape at all. Unless my roll was defective this product is absolutely useless. Not sticky at all!!

We have a 9 ft run on that just would not stay in place, i used full wide sticky sheet but after some time glue gone and gets wrinkle on runs,then i decide to get some batter, and i found this tap, i never used any tap so i thought lets try this tap and see. i must say this tap is batter then sheet, works great as described, so far i am happy with this tap.it seems this tap will long last, also cheaper then the sheets. loving it.

Great product. Ive used other carpet tape before and it was so difficult to remove the outer coating and then once it was down on the floor, almost impossible to remove. This tape is easy to remove the outer coating, sticks well to carpet, yet it peels off of the floor nice and clean.
