Does exactly what it's supposed to do
Bought a a replacement because the ones that came with a set of headphones that were gifted to me were faulty. Worked perfectly the moment they were plugged in, and had sound running through them! Perfectly happy with them

Works like a charm.
I have a floor mounted custom Win11 ASUS box which has separate 3.5 mm input & output jacks. I bought an integrated headset with a single jack. Everything works perfectly with this adapter. BTW running 24H2 which apparently (12/2024) has some audio issues. Not on my box.

Sencillo
Se lo compre a mi primo porque no le gustan los headseat, queria los tipicos audifonos de celular. Si los usaba tenia audio pero no funcionaba el microfono. El cable es muy corto, tenganlo en cuenta si su pc esta muy alejada.

single-ear audio and horrible connectivity
When I first plugged it in to test the sound and connection, everything seemed to be going well. I noticed it took a second for my PC to recognize there was something plugged into the microphone port but I gave it the benefit of the doubt as it soon recognized it and began working. After running a few tests, however, I realized that this jack had several issues.1. Stereo sound? I don't know herSo my headphones have worked without issue and without fail with very good quality *stereo sound* for many years, but when I plugged them into this splitter jack, I noticed very quickly that sound was only playing through the left ear. I ran many tests with my computer system trying to figure out the reason and fix it, but to no avail. Nothing worked. The only thing that would let me hear the sound that was supposed to be coming from my right ear was to turn on mono sound, effectively nullifying the stereo capabilities of my hardworking headphones and lowering the overall quality of sound experienced. And just to make sure it wasn't an issue with my headphones, I plugged in a set of earbuds that I also knew worked well to double check, and the same issue occurred with them.2. I hope you like shoddy connectionsAdditionally, the momentary lapse in recognizing the jack being plugged in was just the start of my connectivity troubles. I found that several times while trying to run tests and troubleshoot for Problem #1, the jack would straight up disconnect and I would have to start the process all over again, leading to problem #33. And that's IF you're able to get it connected in the first place! So often in order for the device to simply be RECOGNIZED I would have to hold the nub where the wire connects to the jack in a strange and bent fashion - something that is not good for the wire and that I could excuse a 3 year old phone charger for, but not a 3 minute old headphone jack splitter. Additionally, unless I found a way to KEEP it held in such a strange position, it would disconnect immediately. All this to say that this product DOES NOT work as intended, when it even does work at all. 0/10 do not waste your money on this, you're better off coughing up a few more bucks and getting a cheap microphone if you're in the position I am with a PC that can't independently recognize the microphone on your headset
