Do not taste good and feel like they have bumps!
If you're looking for caramel, don't buy these! I love Tootsie pops so I thought these would be delicious as I also love caramel. Nope. They were terrible and felt bumpy too. Not at all a fan and cannot return them! Save your money....or go for the chocolate. Those are great!

Half good half bad!!
I had to throw out 4 of them because they looked like someone ate them!! A couple of them were out of the wrapper! The ones I did use were really delicious!!
