We had several pretty expensive Nespresso milk frothers which were initially great but then the teflon began to deteriorate and it quickly goes south. We bought this one as we liked the fact it’s stainless steel. We’ve had it for two years now and it’s working well.

I love this milk frother because the milk doesn't burn to the bottom and it is easy to clean, it is detachable and washable. So easy to use. The only downside is the little element that is a bit exposed, so we have spilled some milk or of the frother runs over,it runs onto the element making it brownish in color. I am certain if this happens alot the element might not last too long.

I've purchased this product twice already and am about to buy it for the third time. I accidentally broke the previous two — mainly because I exceeded the MAX level while heating the milk, which caused spills and damaged the frother. I take full responsibility, as it's important to follow the usage guidelines.

Very nice , produce good and very large amount of froth ..heating milk is not very good it just warmIt was perfect untill stopped to working after 3 months of use

Works for some time but stopped working properly after 10 months or so.

The first time i bought it, it stopped working after a few weeks. It wouldn't heat the milk. I returned it and bought another one. I like the design and the fact that it can go into the dishwasher. Sad to say that it's disappointed me again. I will be throwing this one out and buying another milk frother.

Poor quality doesn’t make creamy foam only bubbles, doesn’t heat milk properly for perfect coffee, only little warm milk. I had to return it.
