This contour tool really can grab all sorts of edges and shapes.It even worked on 2 family members faces - I'm sure it would have worked on more but the rest of us didn't fancy shoving our face in a tool.Very handy, accuracy is good and it's a good size too.

Great Idea but I never ended up using it
I am a DIY enthusiast at best so take this with a pinch of salt if you will. Recently I have renovated our downstairs after having a wall removed and our Kitchen, Diner and living area is one massive L shape. I bought this item to use when laying a decent laminate floor throughout (30m2 in total). Sadly I didn't find the product deep enough when it came to any of my cuts... the pipes were too far off the wall, the wall pillars were too deep and the pipes in the void behind the kitchen units were 50mm which was too deep for this to deal with. I ended up using the metal ruler that came free with it as the main measuring tool.I really wanted to love the item because of its idea. but I feel like the teeth if you want to call them that, needed to be at least 100mm (usable). The build and everything else was top notch, just not the execution for me.

Bought as a gift and the recipient appears pleased with it, although he may be just being polite. He suggested awarding 4 stars when I asked for a rating.Keen on diy, he thinks over time the spirit level will prove to be the most useful function
