I deadlift heavy weight and was worried at this not being able to keep up. Super solid construction and will lift a 4 plate bar with ease.

I bought these to assist me with hip thrusts so my husband doesn't have to awkwardly stand there while I'm getting my sets in lol. They are PERFECT. I bought two. Best purchase I've made as of late. Also are great for their intended purpose to help load and unload weight more easily. Highly recommend.

I am older and it has been very difficult to load and unload plates. Most of my energy has been spent putting those plates on and taking them off. I got one of those jacks and I was able to lift a PR in deadlift. It was easier to use the jack on the black rigged part of the platform because the wood was slippery. One worked great for me, once I figured out what I was doing. I put the jack in my locker when I’m done so I don’t have to lug it around while doing other exercises. This was definitely a great purchase.

If you have the room, you'll ultimately want a big jack that picks up both sides at once. This works fine though - if you are space-constrained, this is a good option.

My garage gym is small and doesnt have a lot of storage. No assembly required. Having this simple design allows for minimal space to be used for storage. Its really light weight and allows you to quickly add and remove weights. So far Ive used just one to get up to 450lbs on my barbell. I lift one side and add weight then swap to the other. Easy lifted the 200 lbs side. I’m sure it is sturdy enough to add another 100lbs. Definitely worth the money for home gyms.

Does the job. Only thing is that the handle of it sometimes creeps off the metal base but nothing a little shove can’t fix

This is a well meade piece of equipment. it has helped speed up my workouts becasue of the ease in loading barbells with heaveir weights.

Product is perfect & exactly what I wanted. Game changer for the gym & takes up very little space. I was disappointed upon opening the package that it was only one inside, but the product is so good I'll be buying another. In saying that the product should clearly state that it is not a pair, especially since in all their photos the barbell is horizontal & not on an angle which assumes you would be getting a pair. Maybe it can be displayed on one of their photos that it is not a pair.

Funktioniert gut. Bei hohem Gewicht sehr schwer, da der Hebelarm zu kurz ist. Noch mal kaufen? Vielleicht.
