Other Major Designers Trimmer Big Foot Professional Large Dial Scale

If I could give this no stars, I would. In theory, this would be a great scale....the numbers are easy to read, large mat to stand on, doesn't slip, has a high weight threshold...but no matter how many times my husband and I try to use it (and we "zero" it out every time), it is off by 10-20 pounds! Every reading is different! It's very frustrating that a seemingly nice, well-made scale doesn't do the ONE thing it's supposed to do.I requested a refund/return slip, so I hope this can be resolved.
