Has the seller resolved the issues of the marbles being the same color?

We just opened package and played. Hopped online to look for contact info because color issue is ridiculous. Can hardly tell them apart. Going to leave a low review or return if not resolved.

Can someone recommend alternative marbles? I like the board, but can’t differentiate the marble colors.

It is made in China for a California company, It is made of solid oak and it comes with a set of marbles. It is a fun game if you like strategy games, the only thing I didn't like is that all the marbles are practically the same color. Since it's a two-player game, the idea is to have two color marbles so, what I did is I went and purchased solid color marbles in two different colors so each player has his/her own color. Otherwise, I'm happy with the board and as I said, it is a fun game if you like chess with a twist. : )
