I am really afraid of hights and this ladder offered me a stability like none i ever experienced before. If you deal with uneven ground, the extendable stabilizer is a perfect solution. It is quite heavy, but I doubt that much could be done to reduce the weight while retaining the amazing versatility. I am very pleased with my purchase. Gone are the days of trembling on a shaky kadder and praying to survive the experience. Particularly if you are afraid of heights and concerned about safety, the expense is justified. I got the working step on platform, but did not use it yet.

I absolutely love the versatility of this ladder and how easy it is to fold open. The added weight provides a sense of stability, especially with the ratcheting stabilizers. While it may feel a bit heavy and awkward due to its length, the extra weight contributes to its overall stability. As a 6'-1" semi-muscular man, I find it perfect, but I can see how it might be challenging for someone shorter or less muscular to handle. Despite this, the feeling of security it offers outweighs any minor inconveniences. I opted for the removable work platform, which initially required some trust-building, but once I got used to it, it significantly improved comfort during longer periods of use. Highly recommend this ladder for its stability and versatility!
