Q: Is the coloring on both sides of the sheet, or is the "back side" white?

The coloring is on both sides. It is very nice.

Q: How does the weight of the paper compare to cardstock?

This stationery is more than 20 lb weight but less than 28 lb weight. I do not consider it as cardstock at all which I read is at least 53 lb weight. It works very well in my HP copier with no changes whatsoever. Beautiful product!

Q: Is this offered with lines?

I just printed lines on it. Turning it into lined paper. U can google printable lined paper once u find one u like you’ll be in ur way to lined paper.
