Very whitish than off white

Described 12 inches but sent 10 inches
It is less in size. It was described as 12 inches diameter but I got 10 inches diameter. Else quality is good. So I'm not returning. Given 2 stars.

Got assorted colors
Lanterns are good enough and nice.. But I received all assorted colors... These are not white lanterns as said and shown in the image... They need to specify that these are assorted colors.
