Surrounded by Bad Bosses and Lazy Employees: Or, How to Deal with Idiots at Work

I found this book extremely helpful in identifying why it can be hard to work with certain people at work. The message is clear, every leader needs to communicate and when that doesn’t happen, issues will arise. I really enjoyed learning the different colours of personalities and I will also reflect on my own traits. One thing is for sure, the author is correct, life is too short to work in a toxic environment. Happy reading!!

This is a good book on the leadership styles red, yellow, green and blue. And gives sound advice on communication. One small criticism I miss a summary or bullit points at the end of each chapter with the key take aways.

En este libro detallas más los perfiles y además lo relaciona unos con otros desde el punto de vista de como debería ser la relación entre un jefe y los distintos empleados según su tipo de color y motivaciones personales. Lectura entretenida, aplicable no solo desde la posición de jefe y muy útil.Como digo en el título si te gustó rodeados de idiotas este es aún mejor.100% recomendable.
