Really good head, does great at cleaning up wood floors. The soft and hard brushes help pick up stick hair and other dust

It is okay. As a replacement for a broken Miele part, it is sometimes a bit awkward to use but nothing one cannot live with. Although the Miele part was better while it lasted (many years), this is a much more reasonable purchase when considering the cost difference today.

Did they run out of horse hairs? Why are there black hard plastic brush at the back? I’m annoyed because I was really looking forward to this attachment and how well the double joints works.

This is one of the very few Double Jointed Swivel Neck floor brushes available here. I have one with my Miele vacuum, which is also made by Wessel-Werk and love it. I wanted the same kind of floor brush for use with my Festool dust extractor and finally found this one. You'll need the BOSCH VAC003 35mm Hose-to-1-1/4" Port Adapter if you want to use this brush or any other 1-1/4" attachments with Festool.
