Have had them for a little over a year and they're still my favorite thing I've ever bought for myself. Durable, long battery life, comfortable.

I have tiny ears and find it near impossible to find earbuds that actually stay in my ears or don't stick out like crazy. These are significantly smaller than the Pros, and while they still stick out a little bit, they stay in my ears mostly and feel pretty comfortable.Likes:- sound quality is good, and noise cancellation works great- nice and small, and actually stay in my ears most of the time- Decent battery life. I can use these a few days in a row of several hours of use and still have juice left in the case- love having wireless charging. We've got a Samsung triple wireless charger and I just pop these on it with my phone at the end of the day and it's golden.- People can generally hear me relatively well for phone callsDislikes:- ambient sound could use some improvement. I tend to hear a LOT of background noise (I work in a research lab), such as equipment running, fans, etc, and barely hear voices- Super slippery. Because it is shiny slick plastic, I feel like they slip in my ears more than they should, and can be hard to grasp getting out of the case- when putting them in, they register my touch, and generally start switching between ambient and ANC. Also touch controls sometimes are ignored, especially if I have a lot of hair covering them, or don't tap in exactly the right spot

I was a on the fence about ordering renewed earbuds (didn't want to receive nasty dirty ones) but I was pleasantly surprised. They are like brand new, super clean, and all accessories were included. The sound is exactly as expected. I would HIGHLY recommend ordering renewed items as they are way cheaper and it saves them from ending up in our trash system.

SO BAD. I bought the "excellent" renewed condition, and they are far from that. They didn't bother repairing OR cleaning these headphones before selling. They were full of nasty crusty earwax. I changed the earplug peice and cleaned them up because I desperately needed some earbuds but the sound was so unbelievably quiet, you could barely hear what was playing. Total rip off.

Wanted earbuds for android devices. These are refurbished and work great. Came with adjustable size earpiece covers and very short charging cable.

Sounds great fits much more comfortably than the previous Gen earbuds that I had. Product arrived on the date promised and the only reason I new that they were refurbished is due to the box they came. Condition was better than expected

The media could not be loaded. I tried to refund the product after reading the reviews. But decided to keep them because I desperately needed a replacement wireless buds because I recently lost my old ones.The mesh part on the ear bud tip wasn't even intact on one of them(it was the large one, thankfully not my size)Apart from that touch controls work, sound is clear, the earbuds are in great working condition.In a way I guess im glad they came visibly dirty, because I REALLY REALLY had to DEEP CLEAN THEM with rubbing alcohol.MUST DISINFECT BEFORE USE!!!!
