This was exactly what I needed! If you need a serious "surge protector" this might not be the best option? But that wasn't my requirement, and you can tell from the photo that it is more of a power strip (but it apparently does provide some protection). I also agree that the outlets are too close together... but almost ALL power strips are that way! (WHY?) I wanted the outlets to be turned sideways in an effort to help compensate for that, and also because I want the cord to hang DOWN when mounted to a wall vertically. The outlets would all be upside down on most other power strips mounted with the cord down, but at least on this one they are still sideways. And it you mount it horizontally, they are perfect. The packaging was AMAZING! Great attention to detail, made me feel like it was first class. The box it came in was high quality cardboard with an outer sleeve. Simple and classy, easy to open, there were other nice details... but my memory is fading (I took a while to get to the review). They even include a nice velcro strap for excess cable (but I ordered the length I needed). Who does that? It arrived very fast and company followed up afterwards. It's been so long since I have dealt with a company that seems to care... so I have high hopes for the lifetime of the product as well. (too soon to tell!) NOTE: Pay attention to what you are ordering!!! I saw people complaining that the plug was not flat... that is the 2.6' version, and the photos clearly show the difference. The 2.6' version has a cord that comes straight out of the plug (not angled down) and a deeper plug. The 6' version has the "flat plug". The plug is not as deep, and to cord drops down instead of coming straight out. This minimizes the space the it takes coming out from the wall, but it is not a truly FLAT plug (which I also need for another area) - those are harder to find!

Great price for an excellent power bar. I needed something to replace a bunch of extensions and adapters that was getting messy for my many watch winders where I also have a lamp and a fan that needs outlet space. This sturdy power bar solved that problem. Really impressed with the quality, and it works perfectly. Not sure what other praise to heap here, but, in short, this is just a great product. I have other BestTek products and continue to be happy and impressed. Highly recommend!

So I was hesitant to get this just because I didn't want this thing to I dunno....explode, blow out a breaker somehow, cause a fire? No, no and no. You can tell once you take it out the packaging that it is well made. There is a switch on the strip where you can turn it on and off. It lights up red to let you know when its on which is good for people who may have vision problems or crappy eye glass prescriptions that prevent them from seeing the 'on' and 'off' on some other types of power strips. The cord is also long which is why I bought this one! My mom saw how long it was and asked me to order 2 for her as well haha. Overall would recommend as it is a great buy.

I use this power strip inside of my DJ controller case. I need to plug in several electronic items: a laptop, wireless microphone receiver, a mixer etc... The cord on this power strip is very sturdy and thick. It comes with a velcro wrap to keep it neat. It also has a power switch. When it lights up, the power is ON, when the light is off... the power if Off. Neat idea!!!

I got this surge protector to set up and protect my wifi router. I needed a protector with the outlets set at 90 degrees on the length because the plugs for the router parts are sooo long, it's ridiculous, and I wanted a short surge protector to keep the space neat. This one does the job nicely. I've had it set up a couple weeks on a timer to shut the system down when I'm not using it and have been pleased there haven't been hiccups in how everything works. To make me even happier, I just got an email about the warranty on the product. You don't get those often with surge protectors. Really happy with this purchase!

This is the best extension you will ever buy. Everything you want in an extension is quite apparent when you open box. I cannot comment on its shelf life but right now it is working fine. I am 89 years old and have never seen an extension cord of this quality for what I think is a fair price. Hey, don't believe it, get one you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

I bought this surge protector after reading some terrifying reviews on cheaper ones (how they would explode, etc). I've used other Bestek products before and trust them and this surge protector is a quality product. It comes with a velcro strap attached to the cable for easy cable management, and the flat-style plug is really handy in small spaces. No issues with this product so far!

As the title says, I've only owned this for a few weeks but it has worked very well. I haven't tested it in an electrical storm etc but it's nice and sleek. The plugs were a little hard to get in at first but once you force them in, they fit perfectly and snug every time after that.

This my second purchase. A white one 3 years ago and a black one 3 month ago. Good product. Will buy another one when needed.

It's a power bar, it works, the 90degree plug and sockets are really nice to have when using it in tight spaces or wanting to keep things neat and tidy.
