Overall pieces went together well, but you can tell it is not high quality. The remote didn’t work so I went and bought a new battery for it, even with the new battery it doesn’t work

Works perfect and easy to set up. I just started using hookah few months ago and this was honestly very easy to use and clean. Just make sure you do clean after every use.

This product only came with some of the items so I had to go to the smoke shop to get what’s missing I didn’t get a hose or nothing in it

I absolutely love my hookah!!

You guys need to remove the glass tray which does crack as it cannot have heated coals on it. Please do change that feature!
