Nice product! It gives a mild tingling at first but that’s normal. I can feel my muscles loosen up after using it regularly. The bottle is small but handy for travel.

This magnesium oil has helped relive my stress and give me a good night sleep. It has also helped when I had muscle pull it put that at ease. Only bad thing is that I got a product with the pump not functioning.

It is very nice and easy to apply on your body for good recovery and also improve sleep quality . So indirectly it helps to build muscle and improve body to function properly. Apart from it , it helps to improve muscle size and endurance . It is not sticky at all easy to apply

The product itself is good. But the sprayer stopped working in a day or 2. So now I pour it into my hand to use it. It has really helped with my restless legs. But you have to know that it is a greasy oil. It feels heavy when you use it.

Bad packaging and the spray was not working. The whole idea of getting a magnesium spray is to spray and not touch the oil. Not happy with the product at all
