The Carry Case is broken and one of the hooks on the Medical Tool Hanger is missing. My child had been eagerly waiting for this toy, and upon receiving it, he was overjoyed. However, the excitement quickly turned to disappointment when we discovered the damages. Despite the flaws, my child has so attached to the doctor set that he is unwilling to part with it, even in its damaged state. The broken Carry Case is a significant concern, as it not only affects the toy's appearance but also raises questions about its durability. Additionally, the missing hook on the Medical Tool Hanger makes it challenging to organize the tools properly, impacting the overall play experience. While my child is adamant about keeping the damaged toy, as a concerned parent, I am worried about the long-term functionality and safety of the product. I understand that occasional mishaps can occur during shipping, but I believe it's crucial for the company to address these issues promptly and find a suitable solution. Perhaps they can send replacement parts or offer a discount for the inconvenience caused. Despite the disappointments, I want to emphasize that the design and concept of the doctor set are excellent, and my child truly enjoys playing with it. I hope the company can rectify the situation, ensuring both customer satisfaction and the continued joy of imaginative play for my child.

It's very useful for kids play role. To know name and usage. also useful for utilises offscreen time. Small issue is excess plastic pieces in some part of edges it founded in 3 item Setothscope, scissors , tweezer and it's sharp too. Also box fitting issue. Other than everything is good 👍🏻 valuable for cost

Very poor quality product. It started breaking from the very first use.

Total value for money item. Good option for gifting to kids about 2 to 4 years. I purchased this twice. Unable to upload pictures since it was a gift both the times. But kids loved it too much. Best in the category of play and pretend games. Not too expensive but comes with good quality
