Perfect Fit for My 370 lb son. Soft, Durable, No Shrinking, Incredibly Comfortable!
I can’t speak highly enough about these Fruit of the Loom Eversoft Fleece Elastic Bottom Sweatpants. I purchased them for my 370 lb family member, who wears a 4X, and these are truly the only pants I’ve ever seen him feel completely comfortable in. They look great too and have pockets! Shopping for someone of his size has always been a challenge, especially finding pants that don’t dig in, feel soft, and hold up over time. His weight pools mostly around his waist and ankles, making it even harder to find something that fits without being tight or restrictive in those areas. But these sweatpants? Absolute perfection. The material is made from 60% cotton and 40% polyester fleece, which creates this super soft, cozy texture on the inside, while the outside has a smooth, durable finish. The Eversoft technology really delivers on comfort—no scratchy feeling, just a nice, breathable fabric that keeps him warm without overheating. One of the biggest selling points for us is that they do not dig into the waist or ankles at all—which, again, is so important for someone whose weight is concentrated in those areas. The waistband is wide, stretchy, and soft with a functional drawstring, so it adjusts without pinching or feeling tight. The elastic at the ankles has enough give to keep the pants in place without constricting, even with larger ankles. That’s rare to find in extended sizes where elastic bands can often be too tight and uncomfortable. We’ve washed these multiple times (always following the care instructions—cold water, gentle cycle, and tumble dry low), and they have not shrunk or lost their shape. The fleece stays soft, the seams hold up, and there’s no pilling or fading so far. Another bonus: no foul odor when they arrive (which I’ve experienced with other brands in the past). They come fresh and ready to wear right out of the bag.I’ve already ordered more pairs because these are the only pants my family member wants to wear while working on stabilizing his thyroid condition and managing his weight. They give him comfort, dignity, and confidence, which is priceless. If you have a larger family member, or you’re someone with similar sizing needs, do not hesitate to try these. They check every box: softness, fit, durability, easy care, and true comfort where it matters most.Thank you, Fruit of the Loom, for making inclusive, thoughtful clothing that truly accommodates real bodies. These sweatpants have made a real difference in my family member’s daily comfort.

Good as always.
Fruit of the Loom sweat pants are reliably good. I've been buying and wearing them for decades, they are actually long enough in the leg for me ( and the sweatshirts are long enough in the arms too, since I buy both tops and bottoms made for men) and they wear well. When they start to wear out, I hop on Amazon and buy another 3-4 pairs in different colors....because I cannot seem to find these in local stores anymore. These came next day, and are exactly as expected.

Good value lightweight sweatpants.
Feels very soft before washing. These truly are true to size. So many products today aren't. I ordered a 3xl because another brand was tight on waist at 2xl. Not these. I weigh about 165lb these may be too big even with the drawstring waist. EDIT☆☆ I bought a 2XL and these are a little big on me too. Will maybe get an XL after I see if they shrink. It's disappointing that sizes are so different from company to company.

Exactly what I wanted
Great Fleece for the price. Have bought these, or identical sweats, from Walmart in past but this purchase saved me an 80 mile round trip and were just as inexpensive. The sweats are very comfortable and just the right thickness to provide warmth without getting weighted down. I've found them to be very durable, lasting several years before needing replacement. Definitely a good buy.

A Christmas Gift, Plus a Christmas Present to Myself.
Well, I am back again. I purchased another sweatshirt with the matching sweat paints. Originally wanted to go with the Orange. Unfortunately, only the sweat shirt came in that color. So, I decided on red. If I can't look like a traffic cone, I can look like a Stop sign.I have read a few negative reviews. Fortunately, I have not experienced holes or loose threads. I have washed my maroon sweat outfit (shirt/ pants five times so far. It didn't fall apart as one reviewer had documented. Even though these garments are 60/40, I have noticed a slight shrinkage. I wash my clothes in warm water, and dry on Delicate with steam. Which means, do not use high heat.I get shivers up my spine when I gave the negative reviews a second look. The tearing, pocket seams come unraveled. The first thing that comes to mind about splitting seams", is the garment washing technique being implemented. This means, possibly overstuffing the washing machine. This would causes any garment to tear. Don't forget fabric is at its weakness when wet. Years ago, when I used to go to the laundry Matt, I saw how people would stuff the washers (Top and Front loaders). Stands to reason why items did not get cleaned, and buttons would fall off, and seams would come apart. Unnecessary stress to the steams.Pockets. Yes, I agree that a thicker material could have been used, but that is simply not the case. So the question is, what is being placed in the pockets? Heavy mental items? Keys for instance. Bulky item that are causing stress to the seams????? Or could it be the wrong size sweat pants were purchased. Think about it. Tight paints, and trying to fill pockets is a no no.I have a very dear friend that is now in a power chair. He is parabolized from the chest down. He encounters great difficulty when putting on his sweat pants. Tugging, pulling, and yet the sweat shirt and pants have not come apart yet. Since I do his laundry, I wash on warm, tumble dry low. I don't experience any fading or shrinking.A few weeks ago, I purchased the same sweat pants and sweat shirt. Really comfy! So, I thought I'd buy two more sets and give them has a stocking stuffer.
