In Hawaii my wife's family uses this all the time. Normally it is about $35 there, so being able to buy it at a reasonable price with really low shipping to the midwest was great.Originally my wife had asked for this for her knee because a cold front was moving in and she had prior knee surgery.I looked at reviews and ended up thinking that Kinetic tape was the same thing. They aren't. Rock tape is better than old bandages I use to play in as a kid, but did not help.She had purchased Titanium Phiten Strips Power Tape pre-cut 15 pcs New Version but ended up giving it away to my mom because my wife said it was too weak. We had even tried that with Rock Tape to hold it on, but it still peeled off during sleep.My wife says this has more titanium in it, and when she wraps it on she says "it makes her knee humm." I haven't tried it, but at least she's happy now and doesn't have issues going up and down the stairs. The inversion is gone, and all is right as rain.

I have used this product for many years because it does help with aches and pains and it lasts as well as being water repellant, plus I find it offers some compression. It is a good product, however, it is a bit pricy. Shipping is quick and the product is well packaged.

I was pleasantly surprised on how this worked for my nagging sciatic pain. The moment this tape touched my skin the pain was gone! After 4 days, it fell off on it's own, and I noticed the pain did not come back, so i think this actually aids in healing. It's been 2 days and I can feel the discomfort slowly coming back...but this is due to me spending prolonged time sitting in the car, desk etc...One thing I did wrong when I first used this tape was that i stretched it a bit while applying. The ones I stretched started coming off vs the ones I did not stretch, stayed put.But this definitely worth the money.

I like that you can cut the size you need to apply

Phiten tape adheres better than bargain brands, and roll allows cutting to the desired length as opposed to pre cut pieces.

Good product. Just be careful there is a counterfeit product with chinese lettering on box, so you can"t read the directions. This product comes from Japan.

This is my second order for this tape and it works amazingly well. I have used it runners knee issues and Planter heel pain and a shoulder rotator cuff dislocation and it works!! The pain subsides very quickly(usually) and it helps to restore mobility to the areas mentioned. It is a Great Product! Before the Bush Depression started in earnest Yamaha Motorcycles was going to start offering Phiten products at their dealerships! They had a big Phiten display at their space at the yearly International Motorcycle Show in like 07 or 08. That show tours the country going to various cities showing the latest motorbikes and gear. The economy tanked and the Phiten/Yamaha link didn't happen from what I could tell... Buy this product!
