Help relieve pain
I ordered this to stretch out my calf muscles. It works great. It is well made and sturdy. Only thing is.. I wish it was a little wider.

Effective & Easy to use
With regular use this calf stretcher is helping with my achiles heel problem. I keep it in the bathroom and use it each time I go in and especially after a shower when my muscles are more relaxed.

The calf stretcher that defies beauty standards but excels in functionality! Sure, it won't win any design awards (read: ugly af), but when it comes to giving my calves the royal treatment, it's a champion.Planted firmly under my standing desk, it's become my trusty sidekick during work hours. If this sturdy fellow ever decides to take a break (pun?), I'll keep you posted. But for now, it's holding up like a champ.

nice slant board.
I have a lower back pain condition. So I decided to buy this one for my calf Stretching. Also my mother in law love it. work well for stretching after exercised.

Not sturdy enough
I am 5ft 7 inches at 165 lbs. It had the feel and sound as if it is going to Crack and break apart. It is not sturdy. I love the concept of this tool and the strengthens benefits, however it is more for a child's use.
