Could you tell me what tog this is please?

Hi, I couldn’t find an official tog rating. It’s very light weight and thin, that said it’s lovely and warm and our son is comfortable throughout the night even now the evenings are getting cooler.

Can you put a cotton duvet cover over this duvet, and will this affect the TOG rating?
