I've been looking for a pre-built PC for my boys for gaming. I used to build but components have become too expensive. I learned about these iBUYPOWER machines a while back and figured I'd take a shot. Surprised the boys for Christmas with an i7 11700F | GTX 1660 Ti and I have no regrets. Aesthetically, it's a very pleasing machine. Being able to configure the lights to whichever color or pattern you want is nice. The machine/case itself also looks great. In terms of power, it's not lacking. We have no issues playing Halo or COD or their Fortnite. We're not heavy gamers but these games certainly require decent performance. I buy everything offline. I know that you can read reviews for days. I read reviews for months but decided to just pull the trigger because no one item will please everyone. Very glad I did, and I strongly recommend anyone in the same situation to pull the trigger on this. You won't be disappointed.

Oh it’s very pretty - at least the rgb fans that worked. Three had colors, one didn’t. I wasn’t worried about it though, something for me to do after setting up the PC right?I had a blue screen of death within an hour of beginning to use the computer. It couldn’t handle installing games, I couldn’t even run a game like Phasmophobia for more than 20 minutes without getting a BSD. All video drivers were updated, sound, and made sure BIOS was updated. Still crashing. Tried to use sfc scannow and dism (suggested by Microsoft) and it found and fixed corrupted files. Still was crashing. Tried to reset computer -windows wouldn’t allow it. REINSTALLED windows and started all over from the beginning. Still crashed just downloading origin. This is hot garbage and good luck getting on the phone with tech support. I was on hold for almost two hours and it kept going from 2hr wait, to 1 and then I would be told again I was at a 2hr hold time. It’s like they don’t WANT to help the customer. I’ll never recommend this company to anyone I know and I’ll buy elsewhere. I am surprised some of you got lucky and got functioning PCs.Edit: I opened the computer up by the way to check for anything unplugged. I didn’t see anything obvious, but I still physically tried to ensure the connection of every cable I could just to be on the safe side. The side panel (not the glass one) where the majority of the cables are, were a bit of a mess.

I needed a great gaming/streaming PC because my starter laptop wasn’t cutting in anymore. After looking around for the best bang for my buck I found I buy power and was pleasantly surprised with price vs specs vs reviews. It arrived on time and intact and was essentially ready to plug in (which was great as Im still learning my way around building PCs) I would definitely recommend and buy again

I am finally changing from laptop to a desktop so I decided to purchase from Ibuypower since it is a well known brand. There was no need to worry at all. Delivery was quick and it was super easy to install. Really happy with my purchase!

overall it would be five stars but it didnt function when it arrived, but fixing it was very simple so it was much of a hassle. It runs just about any game you could want for casual gaming, very good for recording/streaming if thats what you're looking for.

Bought this for my son for his birthday, just came in today, 1/3/2022. Opened box and noticed the DDR wasn't installed it was at the bottom on the inside. The other DDR's cover plate was stuck to the fan, had no foam or protection on the inside which leads me to believe this PC is refurbished. We installed everything and started the computer. Computer turned on and went through the boot sequence. After the boot up was complete and the OS loaded we tried to access Google, computer crashed. It just shut down. We turned it back on and it went straight to the BIOS. I followed the troubleshooting instructions in the manual that came with the computer, didn't work. I went on the manufacturers website and followed the online troubleshooting instructions, didn't work. I'll reach out to the seller tomorrow and I will post an update after.UPDATE: Contacted tech support at 8:30 AM and was told that my "wait time is less then 5 mins." waited 35 minutes then hung up. I'll be returning this PC.

I can't believe this pc was only $1300. Just got it 1 day after ordering and I plugged it in and it was ready to play. Runs games very well. Highly recommend this product.

On the first day of buying this pc I had an SSD disk failure, but thanks to Amazon they replaced the whole pc and sent a new one ... Now, after 4 months I am having an SSD failure again with the same disk , ithink they are using cheap SSDs .. now applied for a replacement of the SSD disk but they said it sould take 2-3 weeks to recieve the new disk
