Great price for solid equipment
I use it daily for 12hrs or more connected to a Moto XTS5000. I bought one similar about a year ago, but this one is a bit more ruggedized. The clip on the mic is solid and doesn't move under my outer carrier. The only issue I've had is with the ear tube. I replaced the stock ear tube with a black one and the connection doesn't always hold resulting in muffled audio. Seeing that the extra part didn't come with the set I don't think it should detract plus the included ear tube works well.

HT1000 earpiece.
Does not transmit voice, only receives voice calls. Not two-way comms as expected. Need refund or exchange.
