I definitely consider it a good tea coaster since it is :durable ( if handled carefully), best from hygiene angle,can be cleaned with soap under running water,very sleek appearance & well polished natural green granite.The only factor that may be found unfavourable by some is it is heavier than other coasters, but I do consider it very heavy. I do not find it unfavourable as I could easily lift & move it. Besides, one normally does not keep moving tea coasters from place to place.
