The product is excellent. Keeps contents hot for several hours.. Only problem is delivery, I have walking difficulties and cannot go downstairs to collect parcels. If I am lucky somebody may see the parcel and bring it to me, if not it could sit downstairs forever. I live on the first floor and we have a lift so it would take no time at all for the delivery person to bring it to my front door. Hoping you can look into this before my next order.

This is absolutely perfect and on my WFH desk when I need a top up. Kept my drink ice cold until I drank all 1.8 ltres, approx. 8 hours. Not tested for hot drink as bought this only for my home made infused water.

This arrived a week ahead of time, which was great. I've used it twice. I warm it first and then fill with boiling water. So far so good, it has an easy to use lever to pour, it doesn't drip and it keeps the water hot enough for tea for about 6 hours. It looks nice, the lid does feel a bit tacky as it's plastic, but that conducts the heat away less than a metal one would. Lets see how if survives after a few months.

Item arrived, only had it a couple months when it developed a dribble between the silver collar and the red body which was annoying, after a couple of days like this whilst pouring tea the top detached from the body spilling hot tea all over the table, splashing me and causing superficial burns, fortunately it missed my wife and kids, I really want Amazon to refund me after selling me this dangerous item, looking at the other reviews other people are experiencing the leak from the collar as well. Be warned do not buy this item.

I am delighted with this thermos jug. I use it for the excess water when boiling the kettle so that I can make drinks from it without boiling the kettle again. It's brilliant, stylish & keeps the water hot!

I loved this flask. It holds enough for several cups, keep the tea hot really well, is easy to use, has a nice wide neck for filling and the pouring spout is not drippy. the lid seals very well and doesn’t leak. Everything about it is great and it looks lovely. Unfortunately, after a few weeks mine has started leaking between the red body and the silver collar (see video). Amazon gave me a refund even after the 30 days, so I’d still say it’s worth buying as mine could be a one-off problem.

I was initially pleased with this carafe—it kept water hot for several months and functioned as expected. However, after some time, it began leaking from beneath the lid. Approximately a month later, the head detached from the body, rendering it unusable. While the design is attractive, the build quality did not meet my expectations. I cannot recommend this product due to its lack of durability.

Super Kanne. Für wenig Geld eine sehr gute Qualität. Morgens 6.30 Uhr habe ich heißen Kaffee eingefüllt und tagsüber bei 5-7 Grad Außentemperatur stehen gelassen. Abends 20 Uhr war der Kaffee immer noch lau bis handwarm und gut trinkbar - ein absolutes Pro für diese Kanne...
