Lipstick Will not slide up or down for use !!!

The shade of Lipstick looks beautiful! I just wish it would slide up and down for use!You have a photo of it that you took showing what was arriving. Mine would not be any different. Not even my aide nor front desk service can slide this tube of lipstick for use.
