Stable platform for the price
I used this with my Glock 43X MOS with a Crimson Trace Rad Pro optic. It fits nicely in a 9mm barrel and the green laser is a great contrast against the red dot. Loading it was easy and it creates a stable platform to adjust the optic. I zeroed it in at 3 meters in my home and will be taking it to the range to zero to 7 meters. For the price point, you get basic features but on the upside they give you a ton of batteries. It only requires 3 but there were 12 in the package. It took about 10 min to zero and there was no obvious on/off button so I just unscrewed the base and took them out. I imagine they will last for about 45 minutes or so? I'm tempted to leave it on to see but why waste the batteries? Over all this is a great device at it's price point. It is a stable green laser platform and it works well. It's cheaper than a cup of coffee and most of the "in the barrel" types, like the one from Tactical Elites, require a 4 inch or longer barrel to fit the rod. It's good for a smaller conceal carry weapon.

Solid product
Worked like a champ, bright enough to use during the day. Really made it easy to sight in my new scope and had an awesome range day. A little expensive for what it is, but I’m pleased with it compared to the ones that just stick in the front of your barrel

🎯 "Laser-Guided Confidence for Zeroing Without Ammo"
📦 Specs & Kit Contents: Laser Color: Green Material: Brass shell (CNC-machined) Power: <5mW, Class IIIA Battery: Includes 9x LR44 button cells Fit: Multiple caliber adapters (from .177 up to .50) Accessories: Allen wrench + plastic case --- 🧠 Objective Impressions: This is not a glorified pointer—it’s a legit boresighting tool with surprisingly solid build quality. The brass feels premium and precisely machined. The included adapters fit snugly into the muzzle of various barrels (tested with 9mm and .223). The laser projection is crisp and clearly visible indoors up to 30 yards, with some visibility outdoors at dusk. The alignment held firm even after reinserting several times, which is crucial for maintaining consistency. I’d still recommend verifying with a few live rounds, but this tool will get you very close—perfect for initial zeroing or optic swapping. Battery installation is a bit fussy, and you’ll want to keep extras since button cells don’t last long if you leave it on by mistake. But that's to be expected. --- 🧪 Subjective Thoughts: This saved me time, ammo, and shoulder pain. I dialed in a red dot on my carbine in 10 minutes before hitting the range—and only had to make minor tweaks. The green laser is a massive improvement over red in anything but direct sunlight. Also, if you're testing multiple platforms or just mounted a fresh optic? This earns its keep fast. Throw it in your range bag and forget it until you need it—it’s like a tactical “reset button” for your accuracy. --- 📣 Final Verdict: For the price, this is a must-have tool—not just for gun nerds, but for anyone who values precision. Professional enough for enthusiasts, simple enough for beginners. 🔖 HiTekHQ – Tools That Earn Their Slot in Your Kit.

Good tool
Will get you really close to the bullseye. You'll still need to tweak things a bit but this will save time and ammo. Get green if you have red dots.

GREAT Tool for Zeroing a Red Dot Sight!
Bought a new Red Dot site for my Sig Sauer P365X 9mm sidearm. I needed to "zero in" the red dot so it was accurate with POA (Point of Aim) vs POI (Point of Impact). Very standard stuff. I have purchased, AND RETURNED, two similar products that while less expensive, and were totally inaccurate garbage. As my high end Red Dot cost almost as much as my gun, it needed to work for me. The other two returned Laser Bore had two important frustrating issues; 1) The laser was red, so when zeroing at the range, it was difficult to differentiate the red dot from the Red Dot Sight, and the Laser Bore's red dot. This was especially difficult when the two dots got close and I had to make my final adjustments, and 2) if I put the cheaper Laser Bore in the binding of an open book and rolled it, it was obvious that the cheap lasers were positioned incorrectly. When rolling the Laser Bore while still in the book's open groove, the laser light would go from the left page to the right and back as it was rolled, showing the laser was not centered in the tool itself. The light should stay right down the middle as it is rolled. CThe cheap ones were complete garbage! As I said, the Red Dot for my sidearm cost about $500- almost as much as my gun! So I dropped just a little more money on what I hoped would be a better product. ($30 for this - about $10 for the two I returned) I also decided it would work better with a green laser to easily differentiate between the red dot from the pistol and and green laser from the Laser Bore, for the minute adjustments one needs when zeroing a Red Dot . I was right. Only one session at the range and a few easy adjustments did just what I needed. My rounds now go just where the Red Dot shows. THIS PRODUCT ROCKS! The Bottom Line? Uncle Steve Approved!!!

It's fine for indoor sighting at a shorter distance. In full sun - it's only good to 50 yards.
Not as bright as you might think for range use. I ended up sighting at home between rooms at roughly 15 yards. That was good enough to zero in the sights and get me started at the range.
