Are all of them pink? Any other colors?

Closer to red than pink and all the same color

How's the grip? I use dunlop max grip and still have a tendency to throw my picks when i strum...will this be more or less grippy than my max grips?

I think the grips are great, however, the picks themselves are crap. I like Dunlop and Tortex much better picks but these do have great grips.
