Love these! We bought them for a long trip to keep food and medicine cold. Threw them in a cooler bag and they were still frozen 13 hours later!! Plus we didn’t have the messy water in the bottom of the cooler 🙂

I bought some Sunlug and some of that big brand name at the same time, just different sizes. I honestly can't see a difference between Sunlug and the brand name. Drinks stay frosty cold for hours without needing ice - two of these standing vertical in the cooler, cans lined up on either side. We use it for taking a cooler up to the field on hot summer nights to listen to bands, and the last drink pulled out is just as cold as the first, without buying ice or dealing with melted water in a soft sided cooler every week. I even loaned one to a friend last night who didn't have any ice -- one Sunlug in his cooler, put his 6 pack cans on it, and he was refreshed all evening. This morning, after being by itself in a 20 can empty rotomold cooler overnight, the Sunlug was still cold and only partially melted. He plans on buying his own now. NOTE: We made the mistake of topping off a Sunlug-loaded cooler with some ice for our first long trip. At our first stop a few hours later, we had to pull the road drink cooler out of the back seat and whack at the solid block of ice that had formed to get any drinks out. The Sunlugs refroze the ice that was added! It really is colder than ice!!

These work well. I used it in my lunch box and it kept everything cold. They were still partially frozen after about 8 hours, but I had my lunchbox inside, so I don’t know how long they would last outside in a cooler for longer than 8 hours. I find them easy to use, and they fit nicely in my freezer. The thickness is just right for my lunchbox, high is a larger model.

So I’m a personal shopper so I need a longer lasting ice pack to use for cold items within my insulated bags. These are great since they stay cold for hours, aren’t too big or too small & very thick material so I’m not concerned with them ripping. I followed the directions to add water & freeze them (using a measuring cup for 28oz if i remember correctly) comes with a little funnel, plugs & the bags already had the stuff in them that turns into gel so was not hard to set up at all! I haven’t had any issues with leakage & they are made of a good material that holds up! For the price, I made out pretty good! Would definitely recommend!

Very well made. They stay frozen a long time.

This product stays cold for a very long length of time; however, I was hoping that it would bend. It is difficult to fit in the cooler.
