The perfect paring knife set. Just the right size and are incredibly sharp.

Was needing a new set of every day paring knives and ordered these. I’m very satisfied with them. They’re exactly what I was needing and felt the price point was good. They’re very sharp and practical for daily cutting of veggies, fruits, etc. I like the colors as I can keep one for a certain job separate from the others. Good purchase.

Lightweight, but sharp paring/utility knives. Fun colors. Use them for many kitchen cutting needs. They do are great for chopping many different vegtables for a salad, making it an easy job. I like that each knife came with a cover. I wash by hand to keep them sharp. Have had for several months and seem durable.

These knives are very sharp; however, the metal is thin. Overall, they are lightweight. I think ordinary peeling or slicing will be fine, but I will be careful not to exert too much pressure ... if I remember. :-) Decent price if they hold an edge.

Very sharp and they are better than expected, especially the reasonable price.

Finally a paring knife that actually cuts!! I have been using my grandmother’s (she passed in 1969) it is a stainless steel one and cut better than any I bought. These are amazing and even better then my old one.

These knives are the perfect size; a bit bigger than a paring knife, and a bit smaller than a steak knife (and quite sharp!)
