Product came broken from shipping. Had door damage that made it inoperable. I fit 1 gun (without scope), 1 gun with scope (cantilever barrel removed), and 1 gun sideways. The door wouldn't close without these adjustments. Other than that, it's light enough to move around and the lock works.

If theft is your concern, spend more. If you have more than 3 or 4 rifles, spend more.I however bought this to keep the firearms away from the kids, and this will do that.My beef is with the lack of depth, also my bad should have done a better job measuring, but the listing said good for both scope/no scope. That’s kind of true. If they’re standing slanted and rotated somewhat sideways optics can fit. It’s annoying because I had planned on putting my ammo in the box too, but that’s not happening. The shelf is getting mags only, and I had to put the pistols on magnets on the door.But overall if your collection is small, and keeping the kids safe is your main goal, this box will work. Setup was easy.
