Doesn’t really hold on my air vents. No real locking grip, it looks fine until you add a phone and then it pulls the vent down and within 10 seconds the whole lot just slides off. Could potentially break my phone if I’m not ready to catch.The MagSafe magnet is also not great, every other MagSafe accessory I have really grabs the phone case, this one you have to manoeuvre it around until it finds it’s sweet spot.Shane Otterbox, I currently have one of your MagSafe cases on my phone and it’s brilliant. This is very disappointing.

Works really well with MagSafe case, found that without magsafe case it does slip as the surface of the iphone is too slick. A skin of some sort or a silicone magsafe case would work perfectly and resolve this issue. Currently using this with an Apple Silicone Case and I find that there are no issues at all in terms of how secure the phone is. I do find however that the mount to the car vents could have been a little longer as they barely reach the end of the vent and if the mount does fail/fall off, its because of this and not the magnet itself.

this phone holder doesn’t even hold the phone when using their own otterbox iphone12 case. Phone just falls off as the magnet isn’t strong enough. only holds the phone when not using a phone case

Been using for over a month. Really sturdy and stable. Grips onto the air vent really nicely too. Never has the phone fallen or moved around. It’s cheaper than the Belkin one recommended by Apple and looks a lot sharper and smarter than the white Belkin too. Highly recommend this.

Works perfectly, used in conjunction with Otterbox sleek series MagSafe case.I only use the mount when occasionally I need to use my phone’s sat nav and don’t want a mount permanently in place, this is ideal.
