This item is a complete waste of money. I wanted to use it just to help make things look more firm for a bodycon dress and it is super awkward at the top as it is sucking everything in and then suddenly stops, giving the appearance of the muffin top towards the top of your back in lieu of at the waist/hip area. I would not recommend this product whatsoever. A Complete waist of money.

The m/l doesn't go high enough so. Was popping over top of the shaper. Also not enough control. I really wanted to love it. The first time I ordered I got a l/do so I thought maybe it's too big but the shaper just doesn't have enough control. I have 2 kids so lower tummy is my problem. Wasn't for me. Gave it to tries. Also the leg hole has a little tear so I can't return it. :/

I liked the fabric. Don’t like the boning however and it was super tight around the legs. Every where else fit great.
