Disney Traditions by Jim Shore Pocahontas with Flit Stone Resin Figurine, 5.5”

My all time favorite is Pocahontas & this is a beautiful addition!! I collect Disney memorabilia & she is one of my favorite pieces (I cant choose just one!). Her face is a more realistic rather than the cartoon perfect face. I recommend you to get one for your collection!! I will admit im a huge Pocahontas fan & know every detail of how she looks. Some the odd things are me nitpicking at inaccuracy of the original cartoon. Im a big fan of hidden images and references to the original. This figure has neither. These things do not effect the beauty of the figure nor should they deter you from getting one! They do not change that I am 100% satisfied, but I feel they could have gone that extra mile & really blow me away with consistency.The odd things: There is a few paint imperfections, they gave her brown eyebrows instead of black, the blue stripes in her hair that Disney gave her are not there, her tattoo is a dull orange instead of vibrant red, her necklace is a darker blue and the pendent isn't as light, The white of Flicks eyes are too big and his placement put his beak too close to her left eye like its going to poke it out, and her dress is more realistic than accurate also it must have been designed to be uneven because it folds into her legs & it should have been a simple triangle finish. (example being when shes in a similar position at Grandmother Willow)

Perfect condition. Not a sinhle chip. The item is in a Styrofoam casing, inside the collectors box, inside a layer of wrap, inside tight bubble wrap, inside a bundle of filler paper, inside the Amazon box. Amazing packaging, well done. I'm sure I could have dropped it off a building and it would have still been perfect. Uhh, don't try that though. Also, the figure itself is beautiful. Never disaapointed with the Showcase Collection. The eyes aren't freaky at all. That's usually the thing that everyone does wrong. But nope, features are perfect

Jim Shore figurines are wonderful. This piece is great and add Flit the bird awesome. Added to my collection of 50+ Disney pieces.

The figure looks almost exactly like the Disney version of Pocahontas. The face has been re-sculpted a bit in comparison to how she was drawn in the Disney cartoon features. Her feet and her left arm leave a bit to be desired and do look a tad chunky and man-ish up close.However, I've never heard of anyone admiring a figure from an inch away; usually they are on a shelf or in a glass curio or something.It seems it would make a nice gift for a fan or collector. It is not all that heavy.For the most part the paint job was done decently.Seller said item was back ordered, but I received it sooner than expected. So I am happy with that. It makes a wonderful addition to my Disney Enesco Showcase Collection.I tried upload a picture, but right now the Amazon website does not seem to be allowing me to do so; the same with another review I posted. I'll check to see if I can do it later.

These are worth every penny to Disney fans, we have a few pieces. It looks great, no complaints
