Fisher-Price Baby Bedside Sleeper Luminate Bassinet with Sound Detection plus Customizable Lights Music and Sounds for Newborns 0+ Months

We looked at so many bassinets and were tempted by the fancier, expensive ones that sway or rock, but are so happy we went with this one.It has the option to vibrate, play songs or nature sounds, we love the motion sensor lights that helps us see in the middle of the night and it’s the perfect size. She sleeps really well in it and seems comfortable, it looks nice, and is good quality. Great price compared to so many others. I’d recommend this bassinet!

It’s not big and bulky it’s the perfect size, the mattress isn’t hard or uncomfortable. the features are amazing from the light to see in the bassinet to the motion sensor light it’s so useful. I didn’t realize that it came with the “white noise” feature which is my favorite , the lullabies are also great too. the vibrations aren’t too heavy and you can set it to your preference - I wish it had the rocking feature but it definitely makes up for it so im legit missing nothing. I would definitely recommend this to ANYONE & it’s a great price for amazing quality. setup was super simple !

Had this a couple years now, finally getting around to a review, as its going on its 2nd kid it still functions perfectly, still plays music and vibrates etc and I can honestly say I love this little thing, it helps out alot especially for them middle of the night feedings! it has an automatic night light on the bottom that flips on before my feet even hit the floor to make a bottle and the inside light is the perfect brightness to be able to see everything but not wake the baby up. Also its It's solidly built and stores easily enough, Definitely worth it

Had the Snoo for my first baby, who really hated it, so I decided to spend less money on a bassinet this time that still had some soothing functionality. This one vibrates softly and has white noise. It also has low yellow hued lights which have come in VERY useful for late night feedings.My second baby sleeps so well in this bassinet 4-5 hour stretches as a newborn.Overall great price for the quality and functionality.

Writing this review after 5 months of ownership and 3 months of use. Motor makes a weird noise (even when only using white noise), and the app has been decommissioned by Mattel. You can not toggle or configure music or sensing modes without the app. Front panel remains functional.2 months pre-baby: easy to assemble, features seem to work well with iPhone app. Comes with a mattress so the Amazon recommended additional mattress was not really needed.1 month pre-baby: cannot pair for more than a second or two with Android phone. Attempted with multiple devices, there is no support for this scenario. From Fisher Price or Mattel other than to try wiping your phone or getting a new one. Fortunately the smart settings were already configured with the iPhone and can be turned on from the panel.1st month with baby: great, feels like a better value than the snoo. Responds well to baby's cries.2nd month with baby: there's an occasional funny noise on the medium intensity, like a rusty swing - perhaps from the motor for the vibration. Received a notification on the iPhone app that it will no longer be supported as of April '25 and will no longer be useable as of June '25. Switched off vibration feature at this point, to reduce bassinet dependency, in mode 1 as sensing modes 2 and 3 can ONLY function with the default FP playlist.3rd month with baby: the rusty swing noise is now on going, even at the lowest level of the sensing mode; switching to an external noise machine. Not sure this would be useful for a second child given functionality and configuration limitations beyond having a smaller footprint than a full size crib.

I have used this bassinet twice for both of my children. It is a great alternative to more expensive soothing bassinets. HOWEVER, with no warning Fisher Price is no longer supporting the app that you use to set the timer/soothing settings. The Bluetooth features are useless now. I don’t recommend because that is the whole premise of this product…

Absolutely love this! Have used this for my daughter for about 4 months now and she’s slept peacefully. The customizable favorite options in the app are great and it’s a bonus to access everything through the app as well. Material is good quality and easy to put together and easy to use. Tons of variety with sound and vibration to give baby the comfort they need. The floor motion light is also an added plus making it easier for those late nights as well as the actual light inside the bassinet for easy check ins on baby.However i do wish the mattress pad was a little softer and after 3 months of use I’ve noticed that the white noise sound seems to have a faint background noise of some sort, almost like machinery and occasionally will make a glitching noise which is pretty distracting on my end since my daughter sleeps in the same room, she atleast doesn’t seem to notice. We do listen to the white noise routinely every night as apart of our favorite settings so I’m not sure if it’s just a burn out or what could be the cause of it but i wish it could be fixed, haven’t noticed any sound issues on other settings yet though.All in all worth the money despite some minor room for improvement!

My baby loves this bassinet. My main concern with another by the same brand was that the sounds and vibration had a 30 minute auto shut off. That it rated me to no end because my baby woke up instantly. This one plugs in so all the features are continuous. I don’t use the app but I appreciate the technology. I love that it has a light on the inside because I’ll just use it for late night diaper changes and I can see without waking her or moving her. The light feature at the bottom is helpful too because the legs are a little weird so I trip over them all the time. But great bassinet, extremely happy with it. Also the price is unmatched.
