What are the dimensions of the seat, width and depth? Rectangular ?

Am I missing something, or is it not possible to fold it without removing the seat?

When you do not want to use the seat; lift the front part of the seat up. It takes a good tug because it clips very solid when you sit on the seat, but it does lift up and moves to the middle section of the walker. Also when you walk you should have the seat up and you should walk within the center of the walker with the seat up. If you are using the walker to walk and your seat is down your posture will not be correct. You need to stand in the center of the walker between the two sides to use the walker correctly. Pull the seat down to rest if you get tired walking. Pull the seat up when you are ready to start walking again. I hope this helps you use your walker.

Does anyone know how well this walker works outside on grass? Thank you.

I ordered this type of walker for my wife she is in Kentucky right now to help her angle is herds. And When I see this email from Amazon someone needs a report of how good this walker when walking on the grass. I called my wife to go out and try her walker on the grass if it’s ok. My wife said, no it’s hard to move the walker forward because of the back legs that stuck by the grass. I think this type of walker was designed for indoors and outdoor on cement walkways only. The good walker for the grass is the walker that has 4 wheels that safe for the disabled person. That’s the reporting.

Do Not order anything shipped from this company

My wife ordered a stand up walker for me to be able to maneuver around our apartment. After putting it together, I was not able to get through several of our doorways. I contacted gymax and they approved the return and emailed a label to me, when my wife took it to the UPS store to ship it back, they told her it will cost $99.99 for shipping. This company is a Ripoff!!!!!!! Do Not order Anything from this company unless you are sure you won't need return it.

Safety

This walker is pretty good a sturdy.but it's missing a one of the hand grip knob.i need to return it or have that missing part sent to me....my Disabled son's safety is very important to me. this walker not safe missing a part. I contacted the seller and sent the missing piece within 2 days...I highly recommend this seller Happy customer

Light and easy to assemble

Bought for my neice who is recovering function from full quadriplegia in 2021. The upper braces were just what she needed to practice weight-bearing and leg movement independently. It was easy to put together. The button to fold for traveling has a nice cover that makes it easy to engage. Feels extremely sturdy for supporting full weight. Very happy with purchase.

Good walker

Inaccurate measurement

Description says bottom width is 23.5” when using. It’s actually 27.5”. Disappointing.
